It is alleged that on 15th June 2024 PC Farok attended an incident concerning a homeless male found within a woman's car without permission. He used force against the male to detain, search and arrest him that was not necessary, proportionate or reasonable and further that he was rude and verbally insulting to the male during the interaction.
It is alleged that in doing so the following Standards of Professional Behaviour have been breached :
The identity of victims and witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
