On 30 March 2026, at Bromley Magistrates' Court, former PC Benjamin Moore pleaded guilty to one count of the criminal offence of Voyeurism - Recording a Private Act, contrary to sections 67(3) and 67(5) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Following this guilty plea, the Court sentenced FPC Moore to a financial penalty totalling £803.
