Police Constable Gurpreet Singh P263508 based at West Area Safer Neighbourhoods, will answer allegations that his conduct amounts to a breach of Standards of professional Behaviour, in respect of:
• Discreditable Conduct
• Authority, Respect and Courtesy
• Equality and Diversity
It is alleged that on occasions between 8th to 14th June 2025 PC Gurpreet Singh, whilst off-duty, intentionally kissed or attempted to kiss a female officer without her consent or without reasonable belief that she consented. PC Singh harassed this female officer further by engaging in unwanted conduct of a sexual nature and making inappropriate comments toward her.
It is further alleged that on 12 June 2025 whilst off-duty, PC Singh made a series of a homophobic comments towards another female officer, which had the effect of violating her dignity and/or creating a degrading, humiliating or offensive environment.
It is alleged that his conduct, if proven, amounts to gross misconduct and is so serious as to justify dismissal.
The Hearing will start on 2nd November 2026 and is listed for 5 days.

Brompton, London, SW6 1TR.
The hearing will be held in public. The identity of victims and witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
