PC Mojhoa was convicted at Willesden Magistrates Court on the 27 March 2026 for driving whilst disqualified and without insurance after she pled guilty for the offences. She was seen on an ANPR camera driving her motor vehicle in the borough of Brent. PC Mojhoa received six points on license and was ordered to pay a fine of £769.
PC Mojhoa will answer allegations that her conduct amounts to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of:
* Honesty & Integrity (Integrity only)
* Discreditable Conduct
It is alleged that this conduct, if proven, individually and/or cumulatively amounts to Gross Misconduct and therefore should be dismissed.
The identity of victims and witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
