The allegations concern a failure to comply with the declarable association policy by not declaring associations with individuals who were subject to criminal proceedings, where it is alleged there was knowledge or suspicion of their criminal status.
In addition, it is alleged that an image of a seized weapon was shared with a civilian who was not connected to any police investigation, amounting to an unauthorised disclosure of information relating to an investigation.
It is alleged that in doing so the following Standards of Professional Behaviour have been breached:

The identity of victims and witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
If you wish to apply to attend the hearing you must book no later than 1pm the previous working day. This is to allow for sufficient time to process the application. Any requests received after this time will be unable to be processed in time for the hearing and therefore will be rejected.
