Former PC D will answer allegations that his conduct amounted to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, in respect of Discreditable Conduct.
It is alleged that FPC D breached the mediation agreement that was reached between him and Ms A in early 2023. FPC D contacted Ms A repeatedly such as to cause her distress when he knew that she did not wish to receive communications from him, save in relation to the agreed arrangements.
The identity of victims/witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
If you wish to apply to attend the hearing you must book no later than 1pm the previous working day. This is to allow for sufficient time to process the application. Any requests received after this time will be unable to be processed in time for the hearing and therefore will be rejected.
