Police Constable Officer A, will answer to allegations that their conduct amounted to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behavior in respect of:
i. Discreditable Conduct
ii. Authority, Respect & Courtesy
iii. Honesty & Integrity
This Conduct matter is composed of three allegations of three separate incidents:
On 1 July 2024, whilst off duty, Officer A showed Officer X a video of sexual activity and an intimate image of another person. On two other unknown dates, whilst on duty, Officer A showed Officers Y & Z an intimate image of another person.
The matter and conduct set out above is said to amount to gross misconduct, namely a breach of the standards of professional behaviour that, if proved, are so serious as to justify dismissal.
The identity of victims/witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
