Detective Constable Daniel Nunnery and Detective Inspector Gemma Cole based at East Area Command Unit, will answer allegations that their conduct amounts to a breach of Standards of professional Behaviour, in respect of:
* Duties and Responsibilities
It is alleged that DC Daniel Nunnery failed to diligently supervise an investigation conducted by another officer and this caused unnecessary delay in the identification and apprehension of a suspect that posed risk to children.
It is alleged that DI Gemma Cole failed to diligently supervise another officer and DC Daniel Nunnery. This caused unnecessary delay in the identification and apprehension of a suspect that posed risk to children.
It is alleged that in acting this way DC Daniel Nunnery and DI Gemma Cole breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of 'Duties and Responsibilities'.
It is further alleged that this conduct, if proven, amounts individually or collectively to gross misconduct and is so serious as to justify dismissal.

The identity of victims/witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
