CONTEXT
In adherence with the Complaints and Conduct Regulations for police officers, it is a mandatory requirement that a complaint made about the Commissioner should be passed to the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC). The MOPAC is the Appropriate Authority that deals with complaints against the MPS Commissioner. In the complaint recorded in 2025, no improper conduct was identified by MOPAC.
