I have today decided to disclose some of the requested information above.
The information sought under your Freedom of Information request includes the following which we consider to be Personal Data. I have applied Section 40 exemption to Q3 - What time the arrests were and Q8 - Age and ethnicity of those arrested.
With regards to Q1 and Q4. The information you have requested is scheduled for future publication. As such, the MPS has decided to apply Section 22(1) of the Act. This exemption specifically relates to information that is intended for future publication and allows a public authority to refuse to supply data ahead of that planned publication.
I can confirm that the MPS is scheduled to produce estimated data around 3 months post event (or sooner).
The MPS may accordingly hold information relevant to your request at this time, which can be considered for release under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act) in future date.
