Regarding the use Facial recognition cameras

1. Who authorised the uploading of personal information such as passport data and driving licence data onto Police computer databases without the consent and consultation of the individual persons
2. I would like a copy of the Radiation risk assessment and ICNIRP Compliance documents.

I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full. Please find below information pursuant to your request above.

Q1- Who authorised the uploading of personal information such as passport data and driving licence data onto Police computer databases without the consent and consultation of the individual persons.

An authorising officer authorises the composition of the LFR watchlist.
With regards to passport and driving licences there is no information held as we do not use data from these.

Q2 - I would like a copy of the Radiation risk assessment and ICNIRP Compliance documents.

There is no information held as the cameras are regular CCTV cameras and do not emit anything that would require a Radiation risk assessment.
