I note you seek access to the following information:

1. The total number of Police Widows and Widowers pensions that were stopped between 2015 and 2025 under the provisions of Section 5.4.7 of the Police Pension Scheme 1987 as a result of the widow or widower re-marrying, civil partnership or co-habiting.
2. The number of Police Widows and Widowers still alive whose pensions are currently stopped under the provisions of Section 5.4.7 of the Police Pension Scheme 1987 as a result of the widow or widower re-marrying, civil partnership or co-habiting.
3. The number of Police Widows and Widowers who have had their pension restored consequent on the second marriage, civil partnership or cohabitation coming to an end.
