In accordance with exemption 12(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the requested data is being released as currently available, without further breakdown against business groups being applied, therefore from the 2023 data onwards, some business groups are amalgamated.

The MPS doesn’t employ agency workers or consultants directly, they are engaged via a third party contractor. To prevent information regarding any individual being identifiable, and in accordance with Exemption 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, a broader range than individual is being disclosed; there are 4 workers who have worked with MPS in excess of 6 years.
