72 workers from 2022 to 2024 have secured permanent roles within the MPS via external recruitment.
Q5 - What is the longest period of time that an agency worker (including consultants) has been employed to work within the MPS.
The MPS doesn’t employ agency workers or consultants directly, they are engaged via a third party contractor. To prevent information regarding any individual being identifiable, and in accordance with Exemption 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, a broader range than individual is being disclosed; there are 4 workers who have worked with MPS in excess of 6 years.
