I appreciate the information you were able to provide outside of the Act regarding the number of times Sections 12 and 14 of the Public Order Act 1986 have been applied from October 2023 to the present. I also acknowledge the explanation that the full scope of my original request would exceed the cost threshold under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
In light of this, I would like to refine and narrow the scope of my request to remain within the timeframe already identified (October 2023 – present), and respectfully request the following:
Given that the timeframe is now limited to October 2023 onward, and the number of incidents is clearly defined (83 for pro-Palestinian protests and 71 for others), I trust that this request falls within the cost threshold and can reasonably be met.
