I am seeking information relating to confiscation orders under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
For each year between 2022-2024 (2022, 2023 and 2024) please provide the 10 cases with the largest “criminal benefit”. Please detail for these ten cases the value of the criminal benefit, the value of the confiscation order obtained, and the total value that has been recovered to date.

The MPS can neither confirm nor deny that it holds any further information pertinent to this request as the duty in Section 1(1)(a) of the Act does not apply, by virtue of the following exemption:
Section 23(5) Information relating to the Security bodies;
Section 23 is a class based absolute exemption and there is no requirement to consider the public interest test in this area.
