I wish to ascertain if there has been a change in policy to assisting adjusted officers, those who have been medically/through injury marked as having an adjusted status on their HR with regarding to posting after promotion boards.
Not the candidate requesting reasonable adjustments. I understand HR assisted those kinds of officers in finding a suitable posting when on the select list.
My query taken to its simplest is as follows:
Has the MPS policy changed to not offer support to adjusted officers already on select list to find suitable postings.
If so, when was this implemented and by direction of which department. I would be grateful for the policy pre and post change as well.
I believe this would be simpler to complete and within the 18 hour window available.
