I note you seek access to the following information:

The recent safety review highlighted safety concerns and now the review has been completed, the independent safety review will not make their findings and recommendations public.

Can you tell me if the Met Police has received these findings and recommendations due to this being in the public interest and if so what were these findings and recommendations, i.e. extra stewarding, safe space barriers, stab vests for Carnival goers, etc.
