Can you please tell me-

1. How many buildings in the police estate to date have been identified as containing RAAC.
2. What, if any, action has been taken as a result of the findings.
3. How much money has been spent on such action to date.
4. What is the total estimated future cost of action to deal with RAAC.

I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full. Please find below information pursuant to your request above.

Q1- How many buildings in the police estate to date have been identified as containing RAAC.

The MPS identified one building which contained RAAC within an area of the property.

Q2- What, if any, action has been taken as a result of the findings.

The RAAC has been removed.

Q3 - How much money has been spent on such action to date.

The cost to remove RAAC from the one site was £259,290.80.

Q4 - What is the total estimated future cost of action to deal with RAAC.

As there are no other RAAC identified, we do not anticipate any additional costs.
