Can you provide information regarding the Domestic Abuse Protection Order (DAPO) pilot the Met Police is currently taking part in.

Can you provide the following information for each complete month of the pilot.

How many DAPO's have been issued.
How many breaches to DAPO's have there been.
For the breaches that resulted in a court appearance, and the case has concluded, can you provide details on sentences.

Q3 - For the breaches that resulted in a court appearance, and the case has concluded, can you provide details on sentences.

Sentencing results range from a fine to up to 12 months in custody. Some are on remanded await sentencing. Many are 12-16 weeks custodial.
