Most of our 3rd party providers/partners use the DASH risk assessment as part of their service. It is not a requirement in contracts but a standard process within Domestic Abuse support services.
Q2 - Is it a standard provision or requirement in contracts with third-party providers of relevant services, for them to use the DARA risk assessment checklist?
No – 3rd party partners use DASH risk assessment as listed above and not DARA

No, they use DARA but secondary investigators will use DASH2 in medium and high risk cases.

Yes, DARA needs to be completed by frontline staff when dealing with all DA reported incidents.
