Q1 - How many officers and staff took Shared Parental Leave(SPL) in 2023 and then in 2022.

In 2023, 25 officers and 5 staff took Shared Parental Leave(SPL)(30 in total). In 2022, 40 officers and 2 staff took SPL (42 in total).

Q2 - In both those years how any officers and staff took more than 4 week Shared Parental Leave(SPL)

In 2023, 17 officers and 4 staff took more than 4 weeks SPL (21 in total). In 2022, 29 officers and 1 staff took more than 4 weeks SPL (30 in total).
