I note you seek access to the following information:

- In relation to sexual crimes (rape, sexual assault, assault by penetration), please confirm for the years 2022 and 2023 the number of individuals with Afghanistan nationality that were charged with such crimes.

- In relation to sexual crimes (rape, sexual assault, assault by penetration), please confirm for the years 2022 and 2023 the number of individuals with Pakistan nationality that were charged with such crimes.

Please note Only the 1st Nationality has been used, any 2nd Nationalities where the individual holds dual nationality have been excluded. The nationality of the Accused is of the first Accused found on the Crime Record only.

It should be noted that at present Data Quality within the platforms used to generate the figures around ethnicity is not accurate, this should be borne in mind when perusing the data to be used for any other purpose. Also to note that, this is self-defined Ethnicity and will be the choice of the Suspect and therefore may not fit the understanding of how Ethnicity is defined.
