Could you please provide information on how 101 call handlers are trained to respond when a member of the public reports a mobile phone being stolen by a person on a pedal cycle, motorbike or e-bike?
In particular, I am interested to know (a) what questions the call handler is expected to ask and (b) what advice or instructions, if any, is the call handler expected to give to the victim? - but other information outside of these two specific areas would also be interesting.
