I note you seek access to the following information:

Could you kindly provide me with figures for a.) the numbers of cannabis farms located by Metropolitan police in the period 2015-2024 inclusive, and b.) the number of successful prosecutions brought for cannabis farming, also in the same time period.

If the date range is too wide and will incur the cost limit, please reduce it to 2019-2024 inclusive.
