I note you seek access to the following information:
On 13 March 2012, a live exercise, simulating a terror attack on the London Underground took place, in London.
In June 2015, Operation Strong Tower, a simulated terror attack took place at locations across London.
On 26 November 2022, a simulated terror attack on a London nightclub took place at a disused building at Heathrow Airport.
The information I request for each of the three exercises is:

As the Metropolitan Police were heavily involved in all aspects of all the above exercises, would you please provide information as to who was ultimately responsible for organisation.
I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full. Please find below information pursuant to your request above.
In relation to the first exercise which occurred in March 2012, it has been advised that this was Home Office led with a multiagency dedicated planning team. As this occurred over 10 years ago the MPS holds no further information which could answer the questions posed.
Therefore, as the MPS does not hold this information you may wish to consider referring this part of your request to the Home Office.
