Freedom of information request reference no: 01.FOI.24.041812
I note you seek access to the following information:
Is ICCS it multi-site? ie can someone work at one site and login to the ICCS Application with one logon, or is it singular site? Where they would need to be setup at each site individually?
Multi-site would also indicate the presence of an icom that allows operators to talk cross site to each other, whereas single site would only allow the one room. If an operator in Pan London Lambeth can't intercom an operator at Bow, I would lean towards that being multiple single site instances of the ICCS.
ICCS Desktop Sets
What touchscreen interfaced does this use?
ICCS Portable Sets
Does the MPS not have any portable ICCS's Sets that they'd use in places like stadium/venue control to manage matches/events? If not, how does a contorla achieve primacy if they are using a standard handheld.
I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full.
Please find below information pursuant to your request above.

The ICCS is a multi-site system which utilises a single log on.
Multi-site would also indicate the presence of an icom that allows operators to talk cross site to each other, whereas single site would only allow the one room. If an operator in Pan London Lambeth can't intercom an operator at Bow, I would lean towards that being multiple single site instances of the ICCS.
The ICCS service includes an intercom function for use over multiple ICCS terminals.
