I note you seek access to the following information:

I know from your response to [REDACTED] FOI request (01/FOI/24/040186) that there were 85 arrests under the Public Order Act 2023 between 1 Jan - 20 Nov 2024

For each of these arrests, I would like to know:

1. Was the arrested person charged
2. Was data downloaded from the arrestee’s mobile phone or laptop

Q1 - Was the arrested person charged

Of the 85 custody records where the main arrest offence was for an offence under the Public Order Act 2023, 23 had at least one relevant offence with a charge recorded at the time of the data download.

Q2 - Was data downloaded from the arrestee’s mobile phone or laptop

No data was downloaded from any of the arrestees mobile phones or laptops.
