Detail if these products are owned outright, leased or part of a managed service. Where products are owned outright, list any support contracts for these.
Detail any managed service contracts, start dates & renewal dates.
If any of the above products & technologies are due to be replaced and their replacement has been chosen, also detail the requested information for these.
Where products are shared with another service, force, agency, please detail this and who the lead service, force, agency is.
Where there is more the one instance of an application in your organisation, please also detail that.
For example, you may have multiple, single site, unconnected ICCS setups rather than one, multi-site, connected ICCS setup. In this context, the former would be considered more than one instance whereas the latter would be considered a single instance.

I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full. Please find below information pursuant to your request above.
Q1- Detail if these products are owned outright, leased or part of a managed service. Where products are owned outright, list any support contracts for these.
Command and Control:
The MPS C and C Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) application is owned by the MPS. A Support and Maintenance contract is in place with Unisys.
ICCS: MPS ICCS system -Frequentis VCS3020
Q2 - Detail any managed service contracts, start dates & renewal dates.
Command and Control:
Unisys Support and Maintenance contract recently renewed, effective dates are 04 October 2024 – 03 October 2029.
ICCS: Frequentis May 2024 to May 2026.
Q3 - If any of the above products & technologies are due to be replaced and their replacement has been chosen, also detail the requested information for these.
Command and Control:
Strategy is to replace current C and C Applications. The Hexagon On-Call product has been identified as the replacement CAD application, which will be part of the managed service provided by Leidos. The effective dates for the Leidos managed service are 19 December 2019 – 31 October 2031.
ICCS: To be replaced by Life X _supplier Frequentis AG. Implementation Date not yet known.
Q4 - Where products are shared with another service, force, agency, please detail this and who the lead service, force, agency is.
Command and Control:
The current CAD application is shared with the City of London Police. The lead service is the MPS.
ICCS: Support and maintenance contract also provides support for one other police forces ICCS system. MPS is the lead Force in that support agreement.
Q4 - Where there is more the one instance of an application in your organisation, please also detail that.
Command and Control:
There is a single instance of the C and C CAD application used at multiple sites in the organisation.
