CAVEATS
The data provided in the table above concerns physical assaults against police officers. Please note that these figures are from multiple data sources.
There are some known data quality/accuracy issues present with the figures recorded in February 2024 and March 2024. Additionally, the figures in financial year 2024/25 are solely reliant on supervisors completing an Operation Hampshire referral form.
The figures recorded in 2024/25 will accordingly be lower than the actual number of police officers subject to assault over this period.
