If the guide has been updated, please provide a copy along with any other current guidance to officers as to how they should respond to disputes between tenants and landlords regarding evictions.

The guidance referenced in your Freedom of Information Act request is the current guidance. It is being updated to reflect the use of new MPS systems but other than the naming conventions of the systems, the guidance will not change. Other guidance available to officers is via the College of Policing - College Learn training entitled Landlord Tenant Disputes .
