Please confirm if the Landlord and Tenant Guide has been updated from the version published here (and marked for review in August 2024): (published here: Information Connected Illegal Evictions Landlord Tenant Guide.pdf.)

If the guide has been updated, please provide a copy along with any other current guidance to officers as to how they should respond to disputes between tenants and landlords regarding evictions.

I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full. Please find below information pursuant to your request above.

The guidance referenced in your Freedom of Information Act request is the current guidance. It is being updated to reflect the use of new MPS systems but other than the naming conventions of the systems, the guidance will not change. Other guidance available to officers is via the College of Policing - College Learn training entitled Landlord Tenant Disputes .
