Can you please tell me:
How many investigations has the Met launched into the possible offence of corporate manslaughter in each calendar year since 2015.
In relation to these cases, how many files have been passed to the CPS for the offence. If possible, can you please break the answer down per calendar year, but if not, can you please provide one figure covering the number of files passed in the entire period.

Caveat: It should be noted that some investigations are passed to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for ownership of investigations depending on the circumstances which follows protocol. This explains the discrepancy in the data.
