Figures for the number of Fixed Penalty Notices issued by your police force to drivers for the offence of using a mobile phone while driving (endorsement code CU80).
I am seeking figures for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025 to date, broken down by year.

The data supplied below is the total number of Traffic Offence Reports (TORs) issued to drivers using a handheld mobile phone/device whilst driving a moving vehicle on a public road; and using a mobile phone/device whilst supervising a learned driver for the 2023, 2024 and 01 January 2025 to date requested. Also included are Conditional Offers of Fixed Penalties (COFP’s) issued resulting from ‘Allegations’ received via the Online Reporting System for the same offences, broken down by year.
