Q2 - A copy of any policy on obtaining SCPOs during these years (April 2020 to March 2023).
(I am interest in the initial decision to apply for an Order)
The authority to apply for an SCPO sits with the Crown Prosecution Service and specifically the Director of Public Prosecutions. This guidance is readily available from the internet:
https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/serious-crime-prevention-orders.
There is no specific policy held by the MPS.
Q3 - A copy of any Key Performance Indicators or numerical targets that effect decisions to obtain SCPOs during this time (April 2020 to March 2023).
There are no numerical targets that are set. Applications to obtain an SCPO are solely based on the relevant criteria contained within the legislation. As with question two above, full details can be found on this link.
