Two sets of results were returned depending on whether the absence started within the date range range given above, or was open at some point between those dates.
Please note that we have provided 2 sets of data: (1) reasons strictly related to the criteria requested and (2) reasons for any related psychological disorders.
(1) Figures for reasons strictly related to the criteria requested:
• A total of 200 absences started in the date range given
• A total of 240 absences were open during the date range given
(2) Figures for reasons related to any psychological disorder:
• A total of 2,159 absences started in the date range given
• A total of 2,432 absences that were open during the date range given
Each officer was only counted once for the date range, so if someone had five absences from 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2024, this was counted as one.
