1. How many Notice of Prosecutions (NIP) have been issued for the offence of 'Fail to comply with red light traffic signals' in the last 5 years? This offence ONLY is required.

 

Although we do not have a flag on our system for ‘Fail to comply with red light traffic signals’ we have provided the number of NIPs (Camera) - (Notice of Intended Prosecution) and TORs (Traffic Offence Reports) relating to red light offences, recorded by the MPS for the last 5 years.
