Clarification received:
To answer the below, we have recently sold 1500 radio and BWV chargers to Cambridgeshire Constabulary. If you are using them too you may be interested in buying some for the Met Police either now or in future.

Section 8(1) – unable to ascertain what information you are seeking
Reason for decision
In relation to ‘To answer the below, we have recently sold 1500 radio and BWV chargers to Cambridgeshire Constabulary. If you are using them too you may be interested in buying some for the Met Police either now or in future’, you do not appear to be requesting recorded information.
A request under the Act is required by clearly describe the information that is being requested. As I am unable to ascertain what information you are seeking within the second part of your request, I have decided that the requirement outlined by Section 8(1)(c) has not been met. This is because you do not appear to be requesting recording information.
Disclosure
Please can you advise how you store and charge your radios and BWV’s and confirm if these may be useful to purchase for your constabulary.
