Q1 - Has the official protocol you follow for stalking reports changed in the last 5 years?
As far as the Met Frontline Policing Delivery Unit Headquarters are aware, there have been no major changes, outside of changes to Home Office Crime Recording Rules (HOCR) etc.
Q2 - How many reports of stalking did the force receive in 2021, 2022 and 2023?
