Policy for missing people kidnapped abducted or and policy for arresting Christian Street preachers

I note you seek access to the following information:
1. I wish to put a request for what your policy is in relation to people that have been missing for one month and are alleged to have been kidnapped and abducted.
What is your policy in dealing with such a situation?
2. I would also like to know if that policy has been followed in relation to Hatun Tash, and if not, why not?
3. I would also like to know what the policy is for Metropolitan Police for arresting Christian Street preachers? Not a single one of them has been convicted in court, so the arrests have been completely illegal. So what is your policy now in relation to arresting Christian Street preachers?
Again, I’m making this enquiry and the Freedom of Information act. The request is specifically in relation to a Christian Street preacher who offends a member of the New Age liberal religion (eg homosexual or transsexual activists) or a member of the Muslim religion. The courts have said that no-one has a right not to be offended but the police haven't followed the law in this regard in the past but will they in future?
Violence is different. We are totally opposed to all violence and if there is violence or a threat of violence then there must be an arrest but there has been none in any of these cases from Christian Street preachers you have arrested. It is also utterly perverse that you serve the king who is the defender of the Christian religion yet you deliberately persecute Christians. So I would also ask what does it mean to the Met police to serve the king specifically in relation to your policy of persecuting Christians?
4. What specific action do the Met police uphold because they swear allegiance to the King? How can police publicly express support for the New Age religion by taking part in Gay Pride parades when this is directly opposed to the Christian religion bearing in mind the Bible clearly says that homosexuality is sin and no homosexual will go to heaven? That is expressing opposition to what the king stands for and makes an oath of allegiance to the king meaningless. If you don't know what the New Age religion is it is here.

I have today decided to disclose some of the requested information. The Metropolitan Police Service neither confirms nor denies that it holds the information you have requested for question 2 as the duty in Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Some data has been withheld as it is exempt from disclosure and therefore this response serves as a Refusal Notice under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act) by virtue of the following exemptions:
Section 40(5A)(5B) - Personal Information
Reason for decision
Section 40(5B)(a)(i) Personal Information - is class based absolute exemption and there is no requirement to consider the public interest in this case.
Section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 is designed to address information that is covered by the Data Protection Act 2018.
Under section 40(5B)(a)(i) The MPS is not required to comply with the requirements of section 1(1) (a) i.e. the duty to inform the applicant whether or not the information is held.
In most cases Personal Data is exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act as I will explain below.
To confirm or deny whether personal information exists could publicly reveal information about an identifiable individual or individuals, thereby breaching the right to privacy afforded to persons under the Data Protection Act (DPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.
Where an individual is requesting his or her own personal data the information is always exempt. Such information can be requested under other legislation.
Where an individual is requesting third party personal data The MPS must ensure that any action taken adheres to the principles of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR. To clarify, the Freedom of Information Act only allows disclosure of personal data if that disclosure would be compliant with the principles for processing personal data. These principles are outlined under section 34 of the DPA 2018 and under Article 5 of the GDPR.
