Given only a name and address, but not a date of birth, is it possible to check a person’s PNC record?

The MPS can check PNC with only an individual’s name. Therefore, with ‘a name and address, but not a date of birth’ checks can still be made. However, if a check was conducted solely with a name then we could not be 100% certain it would be the correct individual, as there may be more than one possible result on PNC.
