I note you seek access to the following information:

Original Request:
Please provide me with the total number of
a) reported,
b) arrests,
c) charges and
d) convictions
for i) homophobic,
ii) anti-Semitic
iii) Islamophobic
iv) disabled and
v) Sinophobic hate crimes reported in each of the last 8 years for which
figures are available

Clarification - we responded and advised you that we were unable to provide all of the information requested and offered some advice as to the type of data that we can supply. We also asked for clarification on some questions.

Revised Request:
On 16/01/2024, in response to our correspondence, you responded and confirmed that you would be happy to receive the following:
1. Data regarding the number of people charged.
2. Exclusion of data on Sinophobic hate crimes.
3. Data on ‘People Proceeded Against’ (PPA) data (instead of conviction data which the Met does not hold)
