I would like to know the number of cases submitted via the Met's Road Incident portal that would have attracted a prosecution, but were unable to have a notice of intended prosecution generated within the legal time parameters allowed by law ie. 14 days of the offence.
I would like this to be cases per month for the last 18 months or as near as possible.
I would like to know how many of these resulted in taking no further action, and how many resulted in sending an advisory letter warning the driver of their actions in place of an NIP.
