Arrests for Section 60aa Palestine protests since 7 October 2023

 

I note you seek access to the following information:

 

I note that MPS has published Operation Brocks arrest data related to "every arrest, and its outcome in connection with major demonstrations and protests that have taken place in London during the period of October to December 2023, relating to the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas 

 

However, this published data does not indicate any arrests under Section 60aa of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994. This is despite the fact that press releases from the MPS indicate that at least 4 arrests for this offence have occurred

 

The MPS published data therefore seems incomplete, so please can you provide me with a breakdown of arrests for contravention of Section 60aa on Palestine protests since 7 October 2023. 

 

Specifically I would like to know:

(a) The number of arrests that occurred  

(b) The dates they occurred;

(b) A disposal description in each instance
