Please provide the following figures on recruitment, disaggregated by ethnicity (White British/White Other/Black/Indian/Chinese/Other Asian/Other) for the years 2014-2023 or 2013-2022 if 2023 is unavailable:
Number of applicants by ethnicity;
Number of applicants reaching first screening interview by ethnicity;
Average time taken from application to reach first screening interview by ethnicity; Number of applicants reaching second interview by ethnicity;
Average time taken from application to reach second interview by ethnicity;
Number of recruits reaching assessment by ethnicity;
Average time taken from application to reach assessment by ethnicity;
Proportion passing recruitment assessment by ethnicity;
Average aptitude assessment score by ethnicity (total score and broken down into verbal, numerical and more catagories if available);
Number of applicants finally recruited by ethnicity;
Average time taken from application to complete recruitment process by ethnicity.
If it is possible to provide more granular data than the requested ethnicity categories, please do so.
Please provide this information to the same level of detail disaggregated by gender per year (Male / Female / Other, or just Male / Female if volumes of the Other category are insufficient to preserve privacy).
