I would like to know, since the new LGBT+ role Community Liaison Officer Role was introduced, how many LGBT officers have left the role.
Regardless of the reason how many have left the role since it was introduced in February 2023.
Since the introduction of the role in February 2023, 5 full time Community Liaison Officers (CLOs) have moved on from the post, 3 have exited the MPS, 1 has been promoted and 1 moved into an adjacent role working in VAWG. All vacancies have been covered to ensure continuity while permanent replacements were recruited.
