I note you seek access to the following information:

I would like to know if your organisation gives Long Service awards and or certificates to officers. If so, is there a different award for full time officers and part time officers. Do you offer a combined service medal for an officer that begins as a part timer then moves to full time and vice versa.

I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full. Please find below information pursuant to your request above.

I would like to know if your organisation gives Long Service awards and or certificates to officers.
If so, is there a different award for full time officers and part time officers. Do you offer a combined service medal for an officer that begins as a part timer then moves to full time and vice versa.

Our records show that officers receive a medal and police staff receive a certificate for reaching 20 years’ service.

There is no different award for part time officers or full time officers. They can serve their whole service part time or full time or do both. As long as they have completed 20 full years’ service in the rank of officer they will receive a medal.
