On the Metropolitan Police’s own website about LGBT community liaison officers, there is a passage reading:

London LGBT+ Independent Advisory Group The Met regularly consults the London LGBT+ Independent Advisory Group (IAG) which comprises independent members of the public providing advice and guidance on a range of policing issues and incidents. The LGBT+ IAG was formed in 2000 following the tragic bombing of the Admiral Duncan Pub and has for many years established itself as a reliable independent voice of the LGBT+ community in London. Members come from diverse backgrounds and form a broad spectrum of lived experience.

I would like to know, please,
