1. Please also provide the full policy document which stipulates that allegations not made by the victim cannot be pursued.
2. Please also provide a list (with links if possible) of public locations (i.e. online) where the requirement that a report must be made by a victim for it to be pursued is stated.

There is no policy which stipulates that allegations not made by the victim cannot be pursued. If a case meets the evidential threshold we would pursue any allegation.

Q2 - Please also provide a list (with links if possible) of public locations (i.e. online) where the requirement that a report must be made by a victim for it to be pursued is stated.

All locations are treated the same within the MPS jurisdiction and if a case meets the evidential threshold we would pursue any allegation.
