Q1 - Please also provide the full policy document which stipulates that allegations not made by the victim cannot be pursued.
There is no policy which stipulates that allegations not made by the victim cannot be pursued. If a case meets the evidential threshold we would pursue any allegation.
Q2 - Please also provide a list (with links if possible) of public locations (i.e. online) where the requirement that a report must be made by a victim for it to be pursued is stated.
All locations are treated the same within the MPS jurisdiction and if a case meets the evidential threshold we would pursue any allegation.
