Q1 - How many speed awareness courses have been taken, since 1 November 2023, by motorists allegedly driving at speeds of 25-75mph past this mobile camera wherever it was situated.

We can confirm that since 1 November 2023 (to 30 April 2024) the MPS recorded a total number of 53 Retraining Courses attended and completed by drivers exceeding the 20-mph speed limit at the location in question (B212 Lee Road between junction A20 Lee High Road and junction Lee Terrace, SE23 – Northbound. (10094MOB)).

Q2 - How many penalty notices have been issued, since 1 November 2023, to motorists allegedly driving at speeds of 25-75mph past this mobile camera wherever it was situated.

We can confirm that since 1 November 2023 (to 30 April 2024) the MPS have recorded a total of 260 Notice of Intended Prosecutions (penalty notices) to motorist allegedly driving at speed of 25-75 mph past this mobile camera.

Q3 - How many convictions have been issued, since 1 November 2023, to motorists allegedly driving at speeds of 25 -27 mph past this mobile camera wherever it was situated.

We assume you are requesting the number of Conditional Offer Fixed Penalty (COFP’s) paid; and the result of potential prosecutions and we can confirm that the MPS recorded a total 27 Conditional Offer Fixed Penalty (paid confirmed); and 4 Potential Prosecutions, since 1 November 2023 (to 30 April 2024).

Q4 - How many disqualifications have resulted from penalties issued, since 1 November 2023, to motorists allegedly driving at speeds of 25 - 27 mph past this mobile camera wherever it was situated.
