The MPS Digital Strategy is written to deliver the overall vision of the MPS, with Race and Gender as a central aspect of that vision. The Digital Strategy is governed at senior level to ensure that every aspect is appropriately addressed and conformant with the wider MPS strategy. It should be noted that the Digital Strategy is at a conceptual level and does not go to a level of detail that ensure diversity issues are comprehensively covered.
The Digital Strategy is delivered through a series of projects which set out the full implementation details. All business cases include a specific risk assessment for all possible impacts on diversity and inclusion, including Gender and Race. This risk assessment is governed at senior level.”
