I note you seek access to the following information:
- 1. How many CRIS reports for illegal eviction were created annually from 2019 to 2023?
- How many landlords were subsequently placed on the Greater London Authority "Rogue Landlord Tool"?
- If possible, please provide the above information broken down by borough.
- How many officers have received training on dealing with evictions between 2019 and 2023 (inclusive),
- and what does that training consist of (how many hours of training?
- please share any materials used)

The MPS can confirm information is held for Question One (1), Four (4) and Five (5) and is disclosed to you today.
The MPS does not hold information for Question Two (2) and Six (6) but further advice is provided under Section 16 to assist you.
Regarding Question Three (3) the MPS can provide a Borough breakdown in regard to Question One (1) but does not hold a Borough breakdown for Question Two (2).

Definition: Count of offences of unlawful eviction of the occupier, broken down by borough and years. The offence run was used, using the following Home Office code:
- 087/01 – Unlawful Eviction of Occupier
Q4 - How many officers have received training on dealing with evictions between 2019 and 2023 (inclusive)
Appriximatly 10459 officers.
Q5 - What does that training consist of (how many hours of training)?
This question is in relation to training on dealing with evictions (previous Question Four).The MPS can confirm this training is an online package guiding officers through the process of identifying an illegal eviction and lasts approximately 45 minutes. The training is online via College Learn, from the College of Policing.

Q2 - How many landlords were subsequently placed on the Greater London Authority "Rogue Landlord Tool"?
This data is not held by the MPS it is directly measured on the Rogue Landlord Tool owned by the Greater London Authority (GLA). You would need to ask the GLA if it would show whether any referral to the tool came after an illegal eviction.
