The MPS can confirm information is held for Question One (1), Four (4) and Five (5) and is disclosed to you today.
The MPS does not hold information for Question Two (2) and Six (6) but further advice is provided under Section 16 to assist you.

This question is in relation to training on dealing with evictions (previous Question Four).The MPS can confirm this training is an online package guiding officers through the process of identifying an illegal eviction and lasts approximately 45 minutes. The training is online via College Learn, from the College of Policing.

Q2 - How many landlords were subsequently placed on the Greater London Authority "Rogue Landlord Tool"?
This data is not held by the MPS it is directly measured on the Rogue Landlord Tool owned by the Greater London Authority (GLA). You would need to ask the GLA if it would show whether any referral to the tool came after an illegal eviction.
